Try saying:
"Wall, master bedroom, eight by twelve, closed cell R fourteen"
"Ceiling, attic, twenty by thirty, blown-in R thirty-eight"
"Floor, crawl space, ten by fifteen, batt R nineteen"
Numbers can be digits or words. Surface words I understand: wall, ceiling, floor, attic, crawl space, rim joist, knee wall, cathedral.
